3rd order and 3rd cashback failed. a low amount the first time, so I totally blew it. for 2 filed complaints, which the store did not take into account. Now I don't even advertise because it doesn't make much sense. Let me just mention that these were large orders (about 500 PLN), also a big disappointment. Letyshops, I suggest you terminate the cooperation with this store, because you and the customers do not benefit from it, only bee.pl has free advertising.
Please note that the store rejected the commission on the previously sent request. This can happen if you had other browser plug-ins installed or had other tabs open at the time of purchase. We recommend deactivating them in the future to minimize the chance of losing money.
We also recommend that you create an application for the second lost order. We are sure it will help to resolve the situation. :)

Mockery. The first time I bought with Bee, I didn't get any cashback, but the order amount was so small that I didn't want to cancel anymore. Now I was making an order for over PLN 170, I went to the Bee website directly from the leta website, this time I made sure that the cashback was turned on several times, so that I would definitely get a refund this time. And what? :) Of course, the cashback is not charged. Letyshops claims that they do not have this transaction in the system, and they have to wait up to 3 months for confirmation from the store. No words that you want to cheat someone like that for 4 zlotys. I do not recommend.
If the order does not appear in your account, it means that we have not received information about it from the store. We are also not interested in this situation, because we ourselves get nothing in this case.
On the basis of the created application, we sent a request to the partners. As we do not work directly with stores, this process takes time. Even if an order appears automatically, it is not recognized immediately, but only after the maximum waiting period has expired. That's why it's worth waiting for a while.
