Sometimes it happens that the order is ready to be issued earlier, and it is issued to me. I order Pickup, if the order is not too heavy. It is convenient for me - there is no need to stand in line and choose goods from the shelves. Sometimes I don't find it on the shelves, but it is on the website. I have already made many orders, everything works great! If you are not satisfied with waiting a month, then do not order. The conditions are described when you place an order. Regarding the order, everything is clear to me, I made the order, after it was collected, an SMS comes for payment. The maximum accrual period is specified, but as practice shows, accruals are made much earlier. It's a pity that the increased cashback is not permanent :)

I made an order at ATB, came to pick it up, the cashier said that I cannot pay for it due to an online order. They asked me to stand in line, which I refused, they removed all the goods again and the online purchase did not go through, accordingly the cashback too. The service is not working. ATBs do not know how to service as it is required.

Really nonsense, use such a cashback for products, cashback 10 UAH and then wait for a return for 2 months)) Lately it makes sense to use a service only for large purchases where a cashback of 400-1000 UAH and it makes sense to wait 3 months ... Previously, somehow everything was faster for a maximum of 2 weeks

ATB card does not work for online purchases. at least from *-bank. so it makes almost no sense to use online ordering at all. I have no complaints about letishops❤️
