I bought a robot vacuum cleaner in August 2021, the purchase was expensive + I also got an increased cashback, so I doubted for a long time that I would receive it. But, my fears were dispelled today when the crediting took place. Therefore, I recommend it!

Repeatedly ordered to break: after payment they call and say that the goods are not now, not in stock ... we will send in 5-7 days :( There is no confidence in this store. Here the lottery ...

I was ordered a New Year's gift in this store - it was a gamepad. It is unclear why the left stick of the gamepad has a noticeably tighter stroke. I went to the store to clarify how to return or exchange it - they said to send it to the service center. I called the service center - they said that if I opened the batteries (and I opened them), then they would refuse to return or exchange them for a similar model. Accordingly, I have no way to return the product, how wonderful, isn't it? The store is highly recommended. The irony is that this gamepad is a gift for me on NG, and I bought a gift for this person in the same store. Perhaps these were the last orders from us in this store. PS: he also arrived in a damaged package, but to whom will you prove that it was not you who damaged it. It seems that someone had already returned it before me.

Avoid this store! We ordered a laptop, the managers reported incorrect delivery times 3 times in a row, and in total they were delayed by 2 weeks. After half a year of using the purchased laptop, it broke down. We tried to give it under warranty. The Fixter service center, a partner of Stylus, denied the warranty, even without diagnosing the device, referring to items that are NOT in the Warranty card. Supposedly, as a buyer, I do not have the right to change the hard drive of the device myself and must send it to Kiev by mail every time. No other store has ever had such BREDA. Moreover, in the warranty service agreement itself there is no clause prohibiting doing this. When you try to refer to the contract, the managers of the service center make up like fools, sending them to talk to the store, the store does the same and sends them to talk to the service center. The official mail of the Stylus store insolently avoids the answer, repeating the same message "Your device has been removed from the warranty, we only service devices under warranty." The official Fixter mail does NOT respond at all. The only way to get warranty repairs is to swear and sue. Run away from these scammers! Who is interested, I am ready to provide all documents and correspondence
