I will leave another negative review. The last few orders were more or less delivered on time, so the rating is not one, but two stars. The last order - I paid, I'm waiting for delivery. No information for several days. I decided to find out from the support service. It turned out (according to the operator) that one of the products is no longer being delivered. Although, it is still available on the website, and most grocery stores sell it. But even if this is so - this did not become clear at the time of my request. And if there was no request - how long could I wait for a paid order? Why does the store itself not contact the buyer in such cases? A little lower there is a similar review from a buyer - he found out about the absence of the product only after his request. So, this is not the only case. Moreover, such atrocious service has not happened before. Just return to your previous standards and there will not be almost 100% negative reviews!

I placed the order on the 15th, the date of shipment was indicated on the 16th. After placing the order, they immediately called and said that one item was not available, they replaced it with another. 16 were not sent, 17 were not sent. I call on the 18th, they say that there are problems with another position. I note that they did not inform me about such a long delay and problems with the product, but I had to call myself. I agree to the order without a problem position and receive a promise that the order will go today. It didn't go. I am calling on the 19th. It turns out that there is a problem with two more positions. In the end, I ask again why you do not report delays or problems yourself, but only wait for a call from the client. In response, I receive pre-prepared phrases! Refused to order at all. I would like to note that this is not the first such situation, I have already filed a complaint and talked about it with various managers. They promised not to allow this, but nothing has changed. I will never use the services of this store again!

The case when they knocked from the bottom. I didn't even expect that this was even possible. The store cannot send banal products that are available in every supermarket for the second week. Within 10 days, I received several messages about the delay in shipment and several calls from operators about the absence (or damage) of one or another item, despite the fact that they are still available on the website. In fact, on the delivery date, they informed that there would be a delay of several days, and we hope that we did not let you down - and we let you down and how because I made an order a week in advance, in order to come back from vacation and update food, household chemicals, etc. or some other store, but an order for more than 8,000 after almost a day of conversations with the managers already in the evening it turned out that they were delaying the delivery due to one package of tea that was unsuitable for delivery - they did not even ask if this situation was critical for me, I would have simply refused the tea and I had a main order for the whole situation, they offered a 100 UAH bonus, at least it was better to just take it and make the result and deliver it on time. Each time the employees work worse and worse. Made Order #1001357574 from 07/28/2024, 06:32 PM They called back and said that there are 3 items for one item instead of 8. They were told to send what they have, and the rest when they appear in the warehouse, the order was fully paid. In the parcel, this item was not sent at all, 20 days passed, the order was canceled altogether, citing that they did not get through. Why did you even need to call if they were told once? Everything is very bad!!!
