That is, either they lied about the availability earlier, or they brazenly sold out the goods from my order to others. This is extremely outrageous! But for some reason I forgot to check the number of units available. At home, during the inspection, one jar of sprats worth UAH 63 and 1 canned tuna in oil worth UAH 68.4 were missed. A total of 131.4 hryvnias were undercounted. Well, if they saw it in the branch, of course, the parcel would simply be returned. And again here is not without a surprise, in this parcel instead of one unit, two were steamed, namely mild Ketchup 250g, price 34.2 UAH. This time we ordered on the computer together with my wife, and I remember well, we ordered exactly that ketchup, only 1pc . Conclusion! That's why the cashback accrual is rejected! They actually change the price in the order without my consent. Another disadvantage is that when you place an order in the agro-market store, the status of the order is not displayed in your account until you receive the order. There is just an empty place, as if nothing had been ordered. Therefore, it is necessary to take a screenshot of the total cost when ordering while still on the website in the basket, if the price changes after confirmation, you can safely return the parcel. So, in general, 131 hryvnias were lost for reasons I do not understand, from the courier service and because from the store itself, I am not any better because of that. And 594 hryvnias of unaccounted cashback. In general, there is no order because of such unscrupulous people... Conclusion! Who breaks the rules? I am sure, if there is no human conscience, many such tricks can be built. So, the Letyshops service should pay attention to this and draw conclusions, because if you don't act, you yourself understand what it will lead to. Therefore, I hope that both the workers of the Agromarket store and ordinary customers who decided to place an order and receive cashback will hear from me. PS The parcel was taken away, after which they called several times a day for another three days to pick it up. Not to mention that parcels are not delivered very quickly.
