My concern was addressed from one of your best executive(As per me) and her name was Miss/Mrs. Valentina. She has followed my case from start to end and once it was resolved in fact she has informed me as well. My concern was totally resolved within 12 hours from her side. Now a days other customer care team takes usually 24-48 working hours for resolving mirror issues as well. But her and your backend team members effort's are commendable for resolving the concern in very short span of time. She was very friendly and her nature was helpful towards my concern. She was very eager/interested to resolve my as many concerns/queries she can from her side. Which was a very good quality of her as a customer care executive.

In general I do not recommend it, the site used to calculate cashback without any problems, and now you have to ask for it and in addition every cashback is rejected, despite everything being done according to the guidelines... In a word, a tragedy, the number of rejected cashbacks would have already accumulated a nice sum. No greetings and I do not recommend it!

We are extremely sorry that the cashback did not appear automatically.
Various factors can affect the loss. In previous reports, our manager explained in detail the reasons for the loss of cashback and left tips to help avoid it.
Unfortunately, the store does not consider cashback applications. Lost cashback in the Allegro store is compensated at the company's expense, but compensation has its limits. Unfortunately, compensation is not always possible.
Please follow all recommendations.
