Giving you a credit doesn't reimburse you for what you lose on the purchase, even if it's a significant purchase. El Corte Inglés is causing so many problems. Why don't you stop working with them? Every time you go to pay for your purchase at El Corte Inglés, the cashback is disconnected. That's not the customer's fault. Your customer service is terrible. Every time I make a purchase, I have to keep complaining so you can issue the credit, and on top of that, you're asking me to record how I made the purchase after I submitted the receipt, supposedly so you can find out what's wrong and look into your system to find out what's wrong before calling me a liar. Very disappointed in Letyshop and its staff.
