The same is charged for cheap purchases. There is no charge for more expensive purchases, the discount is due to referrals. I order a lot and see that the cashback is charged randomly. For example, the order was 2 identical products, 40 UAH was charged for 1, for the other one for a larger amount, only 4 UAH, although the order is more than $28.
