The purchase doesn't appear automatically; you have to claim it. There are certain stores where you ALWAYS HAVE TO CLAIM the cashback, which has the opposite effect: it makes you stop buying from them through Letyshops. This is one of them, along with Vertbaudet, Mediamarkt, Bershka... and because I haven't tried many more yet. It's a pain to always be creating the request and taking screenshots of all your purchases.
