The store, like all those that sell grey goods - a reduced warranty on the goods (3 months instead of 12 for the official one), a commission for paying by card (+1% for online and I don't know how much for OCH, which supposedly should be without a commission at all), from the reviews of colleagues I heard that under warranty they do not always take service... I only buy inexpensive goods there, I would not recommend buying anything serious here due to the reasons described above

It also passed customs control, but the warranty obligations are assumed not by the importer, as is usually the case, but by the store. In your case, we provide the warranty, and we also offer the possibility of extending the warranty period if necessary.
Regarding your thesis that "they don't always take the product for service under warranty," we have to disagree with you here. We always accept products for warranty service if the warranty period has not expired and the case is really under warranty. Perhaps your friends have encountered a non-warranty situation? In such cases, service centers may refuse service, which is normal practice in all stores and complies with the legislation of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection."
We adhere to all warranty obligations and never refuse warranty service if there are legitimate grounds for this.
