- Кешбек не нараховується за замовлення, зроблені в мобільному додатку Kasta UA.
- Після оформлення замовлення не змінюй список товарів/колір/розмір/доставку/форму оплати. Якщо необхідно внести зміни в замовлення і зберегти при цьому кешбек - необхідно скасувати початкове замовлення і оформити нове через LetyShops.

- Відразу після оформлення замовлення сума замовлення та кешбеку може відображатись некоректно. При підтвердженні замовлення усі дані оновляться і кешбек буде зараховано відповідно до зазначеної ставки.
- Кешбек нараховується тільки на фактичну суму платежу, без урахування використаних бонусних балів, оплати з внутрішнього гаманця магазину або за допомогою подарункової картки, або будь-якого іншого подібного віртуального методу оплати.
- Кешбек нараховується тільки за замовлення з регіонів, в які магазин доставляє замовлення.
