We weten niet waarom de winkel heeft besloten je bestelling te annuleren, aangezien die beslissing volledig aan hen is toevertrouwd, en we begrijpen volledig hoe frustrerend het moet zijn geweest om de aanbiedingen te missen.
Ze verlagen het aankoopbedrag, waardoor je minder cashback krijgt.

⚠️ BEWARE OF MIRAVIA ⚠️ I bought a product that turned out to be counterfeit, with an official certificate from the brand confirming this. Since then, I've been waiting for a refund for months. They've promised me multiple times in writing that they would refund my money, but they don't keep their promises; they constantly contradict themselves and keep me going around in circles without a solution. Furthermore, I'm not alone. Just today, I heard from another person who had the exact same problem with AirPods also purchased here. Be very careful if you're going to buy anything, because if you have any problems, you'll be on your own, without real help and without clear answers. I've had to complain to the Consumer Affairs Department, file a complaint with the National Police, and gather evidence for weeks. All I want is my money back, and they're not even capable of doing that. This isn't an isolated complaint: it's a warning.
My last two orders didn't give me cashback because I used a coupon...
