Ik weet dat het bedrijfsbeleid is, maar het weigeren van € 2 cashback na € 145 te hebben uitgegeven met een kortingsbon van € 11 tijdens de aankoop, lijkt me een beetje oneerlijk. Vanaf nu koop ik alleen nog de essentiële producten als ik ze niet in andere winkels kan vinden, en andere bedrijven hechten meer waarde aan klantloyaliteit.

Freshly always always credits the Cashback, the only thing that is not made from the total purchase, I have seen that they take away about two or three euros, for example: total order paid 20.50e. and credit the Cashback on €16.94. I don't really know if it should be like that.
