An order with cashback is split into two orders, since one item was out of stock. The order is partially delivered, the second item has been waiting for more than a week. I took it myself from the store a week later, I had to go twice: the goods were lost, the order was canceled, a new one was created. I received the entire order three weeks from the date of the order.
Cashback is, of course, lost. An application was submitted, more than a month of searching, and as a mockery, a cashback was charged on a second item worth UAH 1300, while on a product worth UAH 10,000. cashback, of course, is not credited.
And all the way I heard only one thing from various Foxtrot personnel: "Sorry, we can't do anything."
I can only say thank you to the manager Masha that the first product was delivered on time, despite the fact that it was delivered on a different date with a delay from the one originally specified when ordering.
This was my last order at this "store". With such an approach to customers and such "kiddies" that with delivery, that with cashback, I not only cannot recommend them, I advise everyone to bypass the tenth road
