I bought at Foxtrot 3 times, of which two times the cashback was not tracked, and the first time there was a limit on the card (when the limit was triggered, the purchase was tracked, and when the limit was removed and tried a minute later, no. The second time I bought two goods in a row with a difference of about an hour, the first product was tracked, the second was not. I placed a request, letishops fully refunded one of the orders and partially the second. The store itself refused to refund, said that I followed the wrong link :) Conclusion: if you want cashback to be tracked and click on "topics "Do not buy links in foxtrot.

Cashback is an extremely tight store. I bought a gift for my family on NG, expensive, albeit actionable. With cashback. Before that, I hadn't bought anything at Foxtrot for a long time, because there was a period when they practically left our city. When they returned, there were no significant differences from other large (greedy) retailers. Before NG, I was tempted by an increased cashback from Nowhere was it indicated that promotional products were not compatible with cashback. As a result, a month later I received a message that the cashback was declined. There are no complaints about the LetyShops Care Service, they treated it correctly and with attention, it may even be possible to defend cashback with their help, but with equal prices in other stores in Foxtrot, I probably will not buy, and I will not recommend it to others, since there is no difference and there is to be dishonest and, petty redneck!

I bought a washing machine at Foxtrot. I designed it through your service. A month later, I received a notification that the cashback was declined. In my office I did not see such an order number at all. In an appeal to the store, I was told that the order was reissued, but that order was canceled. And it turns out that I kind of refused to buy.
