I bought a refrigerator and a washing machine on the same day, according to the same scheme: today I ordered a foxtrot through the website, tomorrow I took it at the point of issue. The checks are all there. Cashback for a washing machine is less - it was charged, for a refrigerator - more. Not credited. As a result, they wrote that they did not take the goods, and the check, oddly enough, is not a confirmation for them !!!

For Foxtrot I am mediocre (there were not very pleasant cases). Bonuses from previous purchases remained. I ordered an electric kettle. A few days after the order, the manager called and said that the kettle had arrived broken. Ok, it doesn't burn for me. Redesigned the order.
