Everything was available, as everything came (also perfectly packed). And I ordered a lot: and household chemicals, and hygiene products, and cosmetics. The only thing that worries me is that the cashback didn't even show up in anticipation (I paid for everything at once). And she tells me that cashback is credited only if you pay immediately on the site. I’m like that, well for ***, there are simply no words, it’s not written anywhere. I canceled the order, I think, okay, now we will issue a new one and pay on the website. It turned out that while I was adding the product to the cart again, one item had already been completely sold out, which I needed most of all. Well I found something similar, I ordered it. It turned out that cashback was no longer 4.8% as a new client, but 2.2%, although I had not bought anything yet! Well, I already thought okay all the same the price is small. I ordered and paid. A week passes I call them, I say a week has passed already on the site it is written that the delivery is 2-3 days, where is my order ?! And they tell me that we are sorry, but one item is out of stock ... But you couldn't call me personally and say that the product was out of stock ???? Okay, I calmed down. He said let's remove it then, they told me ok, now within 15 minutes we will edit the order, the money will be returned to your card and you will pay for the already edited order. An hour passes, there is no money, I call them. They say, well, the refund takes place within 3 days. I'm so okay, but I can't pay for the edited order until I get the money back! She is good now I will change the payment method to "Payment upon receipt" when the parcel arrives, the money will be returned to you for sure! I was already delighted, finally, finally, my order will be delivered to me and the money will be returned ... As a result, 2 days have passed, the order was delivered, but the funds were not returned to the card. I think okay, after all, she spoke up to 3 days, I'll wait ... 8 days have passed, but there is no money. Conclusion in such a case, do not pay for the order immediately online, under any circumstances! The cashback was cut for me, what I wanted was not available, the site does not show whether the product is really there or not, the support is deaf, they say one thing, but something else happens ... I'm waiting for my money to be returned at last.

Firstly, I barely got through to them, spending half a day, then I began to look for something to replace the missing position, but, strangely enough, they have it in stock. And what should I order now? Maybe they only have everything in stock? Today, on the 7th day, I have been calling them for the third hour and I can’t get through. This is not enough nerves. I do not advise anyone such a grief shop, health is more expensive !!!!!
