The cashback is currently in the "Pending" status. Partners need time to verify and transfer information to our system. You can see the confirmation date in the "My Cashback" section. It is calculated according to the terms from the store page.
The cashback crediting time for EVA.UA is 65 - 130 days. But usually it happens faster ;)
You can make a withdrawal when the funds are in the "On balance" status.
The store does not credit cashback once after reporting a loss or after a negative review, you have to constantly monitor your cashback, other stores credit it immediately without any problems!
