Ik heb mijn bestelling op 23 oktober geplaatst en heb nog steeds niets gehoord. Ze nemen de telefoon niet op en beantwoorden geen e-mails. Het is een regelrechte schande; geen wonder dat de consumentenorganisatie een klacht tegen hen heeft ingediend. Ik koop nooit meer bij Druni.
Het duurde meer dan 10 dagen om mijn bestelling te versturen. Ik bestel al jaren bij Druni, maar ze doen er elke keer langer over, en meer dan 10 dagen lijkt me overdreven, zonder ook maar een verontschuldiging. De klantenservice is volkomen nutteloos, en als je iets dringend nodig hebt, zoals ik, ben je uiteindelijk meer geld kwijt aan ergens anders bestellen tot je bestelling arriveert, en dan zit je met twee dagen opgescheept. Het is een ramp en jammer, want ik ben dol op de winkel.
