I don't know exactly who caused the disservice (probably Douglas) but they canceled my orders twice within a few days. Without informing about the cancellation, among other things, I discovered it by chance when returning to the order. Then after my various attempts by calling and sending e-mails they replied that it had been canceled due to a technical disservice. so I advise against making app purchases from Douglas (and Douglas in general).

No automatic tracking of Douglas. bought 2 Times, one from app one from Desktop and it never was tracked. I followed all the rules. also very long waiting time 4 months...

Fast shipping. There are some problems with cashback: - It didn't activate automatically after the set time, so I had to enter it manually. - Some friends didn't receive it at all, despite following all the steps. PS. I know how cashback works on Lety, and I only had problems with Douglas, I will change the review to positive only if the cashback goes through, I will keep you updated.
