De klantenservice is moeilijk te bereiken; ze maken gebruik van een koerier die een (kapot?) pakket onbeheerd achterliet zonder waarschuwing, en vervolgens de verantwoordelijkheid aan Douglas overdroeg om "te beslissen wat ermee te doen". In de tussentijd heb ik ze via hun website aangeschreven, minstens vijf keer gebeld en pas bijna een maand na mijn bestelling een reactie ontvangen (nog steeds geen geld terug!). Dezelfde koerier was al een Douglas-pakket kwijtgeraakt... de inhoud is nooit gevonden en ik ga er niets meer aan toevoegen. Ik sluit mijn account en gebruik Douglas online nooit meer!

Letyshops is as always reliable and precise, an unsurpassed site! The assistance is super precise and even gave me cashback from his own pocket to reimburse me for the cashback lost by the Douglas site which did not credit anything on both orders placed in his shop (exactly following all the rules for receiving the cashback) and gave no answers to the assistance which moved promptly. 5 stars for letyshops 0 stars for Douglas

LetyShops is reliable and available for assistance. But Douglas has never credited anything, the LetyShops assistance service has always tried to contact the shop and received no response. I have already placed more and more orders and despite Douglas's carelessness, LetyShops has taken charge of the disservice by refunding a small part of the cashback. I will continue to use LetyShops as it has always worked with other sites, but I will think twice about buying from douglas
