Wanted to buy a new iPhone. Citrus called back and offered to buy a phone from the display case at the price of a new one! Bravo!
I placed an order, the cashback appeared on the website, I've been using the phone for the third month and everything is fine. But only now I noticed that the cashback was rejected. In my personal account, there are two orders, one with cashback canceled, and the other with the same product, for the same amount - fulfilled. Where did the second order come from and why was the cashback rejected?

Horrible store, do not use. I ordered a phone, more expensive than others purely for the sake of cashback, at first it did not appear (apparently they re-registered the order themselves), then they rejected it after 4 months. Judging by the reviews, this is their regular practice, why Leti still cooperates with them is unclear.
