We always provide the most affordable rate for each purchase but sometimes the cashback amount may not match the category table, as it depends on the terms of cooperation with sellers on the Allegro platform.
Please note that the store may split orders, so the increased cashback can be applied to the first orders that appear in the store's system.
But if your order contains several items of the same product, it will not be divided into separate parts. Cashback will be credited as for one order.
To get cashback, add products to your cart only after going through LetyShops and disable other plugins before purchasing.
Cashback is not credited for:
- orders made in different categories at one time;
- orders through Allegro Lokalnie;
- if a gift card is redeemed;
- all offers published in the form of auctions;
- offer-listings;
- charity offers;
- medical devices;
- the following categories.
In order for the cashback to be credited, you must:
1. Place an order within a single browser session.
2. If you are adding multiple products to your cart, click through to each product separately and then add them to your cart.
3. Add products to an empty cart only after clicking through from LetyShops and disable other plugins before purchasing.
4. Do not add to the cart the products that you have marked as "Favourites".
Allegro PL does not deliver orders to all countries of the world, but you can use delivery services of your country for that.

Cashback is added every time :) I am very happy because Allegro is the store where I do most of my shopping. I do everything according to the instructions - I put each product in the basket and I go to each item separately from the letyshops website first :) and everything works :D great
With all due respect to others, but I don't know how you do your shopping on Allegro, that you don't get cashback. Mine gets cashback every time (of course, when the purchase conditions are met) less than a day after placing the order. I'll be using it!

We are interested in cashback being calculated automatically. In the case of these orders, the store did not provide us with any data. The reason for the cashback not appearing was also unfortunately not given.
It is also not possible to ask partners to explain the situation, as they do not accept such requests.
In connection with the above, we did not receive a commission. We see that the bonus from the company's funds was already calculated earlier. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate it all the time.
I stopped shopping on Allegro through the Lety website, I use another website (after the last rejection last week I uninstalled the Lety plugin - waste of time), I made a lot of purchases and within a week I was charged almost PLN 80, from Allegro without asking - Cashback is calculated every time, even when buying for pennies. and Here since June I had all Cashbacks rejected - none of them was calculated for two months! I received the answer "The store does not accept complaints about lost cashback." Comment from the Lety website: like clear cookies, done, re-logged. Purchases always from the same category, purchase always with a transfer from the Lety website and nothing was calculated, I have no intention of asking Lety for cashback again because it is a waste of time.

In the case of orders, the store did not provide us with any information. The store does not provide information about the reason for the loss. There is also no possibility of contacting partners to clarify the situation, because Allegro does not deal with such cases.
Since we did not receive anything for the remaining lost orders and the bonus was previously charged from LetyShops funds, we cannot do this in all cases. We always try to support our users, but in this case we cannot charge a refund.
We hope that no difficulties will arise in the future.
Until I got SILVER status everything was pretty good, i.e. I had to ask quite often for the cashback to be calculated, but it was taken into account and calculated, but now after reporting that it was not calculated, the answer is "The store does not accept complaints about lost cashback." I don't know what to think about it. I even posted a comment here once with similar content but it didn't appear. I'm a bit disappointed ;-(

Smaller orders are sometimes added automatically, larger ones have to be entered manually. An order for over 10 thousand was lost in action and I only got a bonus of 40 PLN, instead of almost 130 PLN...

The order amount does not affect the calculation of cashback. The loss may result from a violation of the store's terms or the algorithm for making purchases with cashback. We cannot always compensate the cashback amount in full, because partners do not transfer a commission for lost orders.

hello for 4 months now there is or is not a refund, when I ordered 3 things yesterday only 1 was charged correctly the rest has to be reported although then it is granted so ok but it is a bit annoying other shops work great after a minute best regards
