Ik ben zeer, zeer tevreden over de winkel. Dit is niet de eerste keer dat ik iets bestel. Alles is geweldig. Mijn laatste bestelling betrof twee granaatappelzaailingen. Ze hebben me twee maanden lang geadviseerd over hoe ik alles moest doen. Een paar maanden nadat ik ze in de grond had geplant, belden ze me op om te vragen of ik akkoord ging. De prijzen liggen een stuk lager dan in vergelijkbare winkels. Ik had een vervelende ervaring met een andere winkel toen ik eerst op de website en vervolgens in het filiaal de bezorgkosten betaalde. Waarom is dit zo onduidelijk? Maar in deze winkel is alles prima. Ik raad hem aan.

I do not recommend it, I was most disappointed with the Meyer lemon, after I ordered they called me back and said no and suggested waiting, I waited, but it would have been better to buy it somewhere else. Instead of a sprout like in the photo, they sent me a cut stick, without a single leaf. Now, after 2 months, 3 branches with three-leaf leaves have grown on one side, apparently from a wild lemon, and on the other side there are only 2 leaves from the lemon that I ordered, the situation is very strange, I assume that they sent me a clipping on a cheaper wild variety, but I can’t say for sure. The fact is that my Meyer lemon has 2 types of leaves and one of them is definitely not from a Meyer lemon.

I ordered plants from this store, they confirmed the order three times in a day, because for some reason the robot sent it several times. They split the order, because they send the seedlings separately, which, as I understand it, served to cancel the cashback. The seedlings were quite sad, but in fairness, they took root, one plant was infected with pests, and the tree has no signs of life and I still don't know if it will bloom (it's been 2 weeks already), the overall impression is so-so.

The order was placed on 05/26/2025, 174826277534, 967 UAH. When sending, they combined the shipping cost, the amount was 1143 UAH. And canceled the cashback. In addition, I ordered a Bobo hydrangea (good condition), a rose (good condition), thyme (very poor condition of all plants, it is not yet clear whether they will grow or not).

Before buying in this store, I should have read the reviews... I placed an order with full payment (which I later regretted). Within a few minutes, the store called, clarified everything, all the seedlings were in stock. The order was sent in a few days. I picked it up from Nova Poshta, opened it, and there were no 3 seedlings (worth over 1 thousand UAH). As a result, I waste my time on calls, photos, filling out forms... They returned it a week later for about 50 UAH less than I paid... and today they also rejected the cashback. There are no questions about the quality of the seedlings themselves, but the quality of service is simply HORRIBLE. Such a negative experience of shopping in this store, unfortunately...

I do not advise anyone to buy from this store! I have made 2 orders and both are just awful!!! There are many other stores where the service is much nicer and the prices are at least 2-3 times lower, depending on the product. And they also rejected the cashback for unknown reasons!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

I received an answer that you need to wait, not all products are available. I was tempted to pay by card, the cashback was rejected. Silence... I'm waiting. maybe I won't get the goods...

I placed an order for various seedlings on September 2, 2024 for the amount of UAH 1,738. 03.09. the manager called. We talked about the order and it turned out that half of the order is not available. We agreed on what is available + additional positions (together with the manager, we increased the order in the process of communication), we will send it immediately, and everything else will be in a week. ok A week passed... silence. On 19.09, I call, and it turns out that 6 out of 7 items are available, and we are waiting for one strawberry item, which will be available one day... Of course, I say that it is already cold on the nose, which is already strawberries, we refuse it and send it as quickly as possible. I received the second part of the parcel on 21.09. The total amount of the order, excluding the rejected item, was 1286 + 1106, which is significantly more than UAH 1738, on which the cashback was accrued. Today, I also received a refusal of cashback for a snack. If I had known that there would be such a back and forth with the order, I would have refused from the very beginning. After all this, a very unpleasant residue remained. With this store, if I order something in the future, I will not play with subscriptions anymore. Summary: + A large selection, good packaging, good seedlings. - You buy a product that is not in stock. No tracking by the seller of the composition of the order from the point of view of seasonality of planting.

Aggressive marketing, annoying calls, pairing additional products, after changing the order, even with an increase in the cashback amount, they reject it. Indoor plants are of normal quality, but I will never order from here again.

I do not recommend this store to anyone. I ordered grape seedlings 5 years ago at the price of 150 to 700 UAH, and as a result I received cheap technical grapes of the same variety. It's the same with pears and peaches - they're all not the same variety that I ordered (it feels like they're selling some kind of junk). It is impossible to prove to this store, because they want to see their tag on the seedling after 3 years, but it fades in half a year, and if by some miracle the tag remains, then they claim that I copied it from their chic seedling to a seedling that I bought at the bazaar, and these are my problems. Better avoid this store

I advise you to avoid shopping in this store. After a one-time purchase, they keep bothering me for six months with calls from different numbers demanding to evaluate the service. Writing the number into the block does not help - they call from others.
