Because of this mistake, I now have to pay the state about UAH 2,500 in taxes. In essence, they "earned" this UAH 2,500 in refunds on my own money. Attempts to contact the store to correct the incorrect crediting did not work. I was politely but firmly sent away. Conclusion: The phone turned out to be gray (brought from India and activated in advance, probably to evade taxes). The service is terrible. This store is a complete dump!
