Sinsay is a Polish clothing brand. The currency of the card used to pay for the order differs from the currency of the store's card account, which is why the conversion takes place. It can only be avoided if the account currency does not differ from the currency in which the operation is carried out. For more information on conversion, please contact your card bank.

Before paying with a Ukrainian payment card, pay attention to "Possible conversion, as the presented payment methods are international platforms for online payment." Instead of 1,037 hryvnias, 1,159 hryvnias were deducted from my card, which is 12% more than stated on the website. The support service wrote "Unfortunately, the operator's talk time is limited. We have provided you with the available information. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding." That is, the stated price in UAH on the site does not correspond to reality, they are understated. You will have to pay 12% more when paying. This is not decent from the SINSAY store.

Andrew, when paying for orders in online stores in other countries is a double conversion of currencies. This is due to the fact that the currency of the transaction with the card is different from the currency of the card account. Conversion can be avoided only if the currency of the cardholder's account does not differ from the currency in which the transaction is performed.
