But thank God the Letishops employee helped me and waited with me for 2 months until they returned my legitimate cashback. These are the "honest" employees of Moyo.

So, I come to the store to pick up the order and the "polite" store employee, after he punched the number of my order, immediately began to ask if I wanted to place an order for a new girl or if I had another phone number to place an order on, I immediately I understood what the matter was, that the dude was not a mistake and was trying to cancel my order so that I didn’t get anything on the fly, in the end I refused to answer all the stupid questions about reordering the goods, to which I received even more stupid questions “why don’t you want to reissue to girl, what's the problem, etc. "? Well, as if for the first time I meet such nonsense that they immediately rubbed me in so brazenly, thinking that I would lead, not an ounce of conscience at all. I haven’t worked in this area, I don’t know how everything is organized, but if sellers are knocked out that there is 9% cashback on the purchase and they are trying to cancel it at any cost, while they are very stupid and straightforwardly trying to cancel, then excuse me, why do you need such a partner? Why then do these shares if they are trying to dilute? Just do not issue cashback for this store and employees will not engage in such nonsense, and customers will not be deceived. My assessment of the store from the point of view of cash accrual is 3 * (the same product was at the same price in other stores, they took it here exclusively because of the cache): I received it, but I had to wait and strain Leti's service. Do not contact if you want to buy an expensive product in this store. The second time the part was returned. The cashback came for the third time. In fact, cashback in itself is a nice bonus to buying. Once it was not and ok)) But you should read in detail the item of the purchase procedure and quickly make a purchase after going from the Lety site / activating cashback. But there are usually some misunderstandings with Moyo. "So-so" is my rating for them.

I ordered a dishwasher for a hot cashback x6, according to all the rules of activation and transition. Cashback turned out to be about 690 UAH. The message about cashback came almost immediately, but after a few days it was rejected. I opened a dispute, provided all the information about the order, a screenshot, but it was rejected all the same. After the dispute, Letishops sent compensation in the form of UAH 100. Thank you, of course, but I do not see an adequate reason why the cashback was rejected, other than the fact that it was just "love" from the side of the store.
