Naturally, we refused. The managers blamed the supplier, but how it actually happened, it is not known, maybe the computer was sent already broken and from the store. In addition, as I watched later, it has a decent discount from 42 thousand to 37 thousand, which means that it was already being sold with a knowingly defect. But they did not warn us and it was not indicated anywhere on the website that the computer was discounted due to a breakdown. Disgusting service!

In the conditions it is written that cashback is not charged for "order by cashless payment (according to the decision of Moyo.ua)", made an order with payment after receipt with partial payment points - cashback did not appear. I did one more thing, paid by card, there is no cashback either. Okay, I cancel the order paid by card on the site, and in a couple of hours there is a cashback in the office for the order, which I canceled. It seems that either the store is doing everything possible to lose cashback, or Letichops is not coping with the influx of orders, so that the cashback appeared within 5-10 minutes after ordering.
