I placed the order on 11/7/24. Today, 11/11/24, the order has not yet been sent. We ran out of fodder, and this one still hasn't been sent. Despite the fact that they said that the shipment would be within 3 days. I will no longer order goods here. It shouldn't be like that.

Maybe there was some situation that caused the delay. Surely, the store did not want to leave your cat hungry.
Initially, I couldn’t get enough of the store. I placed orders three times. Everything is always great! No nuances. But the next two times, it was as if the store employees decided to test my patience and mock me. First they sent me a torn pack of food, simply sealed with tape. No one warned about this, of course! After communicating with the site staff, we agreed that they would give me a discount on the next product. Then I ordered Simparika. The full price was debited from the card. And in the application they indicated 150 UAH. less. Again, I had to contact the employees and defend that the promised discount on my account would be returned to me. The order took a long time to be sent. They couldn't send it within 4 days. As a result, they sent it to the wrong parcel terminal that I indicated. The store did the redirection at its own expense, but this is another day of waiting for the goods... Lately, the store has been very let down. Apparently spring is taking its toll. They don't think about work)
