But there they only respond with standard phrases without any specifics: "we are waiting for a response from the warehouse." It's ridiculously normal to wait 10 days for a response from the warehouse! In fact, they stole money. I strongly advise against buying anything in this store to avoid losing your own money. The store sucks! The attitude towards customers is as rude and disrespectful as possible! There are no complaints about letishops.
