You can see that the letyshops department is trying. They solved my cashback problem positively. They noticed that it was not my fault - the store did not respond, and letyshops cashbacked me with their own funds anyway! This is class! :)

I recommend that cashback works. A day or two and it's in your Letyshops account, it's a shame it takes so long to unlock your funds. Nevertheless, I have already withdrawn to my account.

tragedy, they secured themselves amazingly ... I made a rather expensive x10 cashback order for 3 products ... then I made a separate order from another seller for some crap ... Of course x10 cashback charged for the cheapest items from another seller ... make an order for the promotion and the next one after the promotion ends ... well, and I will not get a few dozen zlotys back.

The status of returns changes based on the information received from the store. It also does not depend on the total amount of the order. We have no influence on the order in which the cashback is displayed. Unfortunately, we are unable to manually add a promotion for refunds that have already appeared in your account.
