A user status (new/existing) is determined by Temu based on its own data and not by LetyShops.
The rate for a new Temu client only applies if the login is made for the very first time.

The refund is very slow (if they give it, because otherwise it requires filing requests)

Shopping for small items on TEMU is simply amazing. I RECOMMEND 100%. I rarely use returns but there have NEVER been any problems at all. The money is transferred immediately after sending information about the refund, not after two weeks, as is often the case on Allegro. I have never been served so well in any store. It's possible that when it comes to returns - mine are always justified.
