Foxtrot service at 0. The store lies at every turn. I ordered a TV with increased cash back, while paying with a card on the site, and the cash back itself did not appear in a day (waiting for charging). I called Foxtrot to clarify this situation, then the manager at lunch, then he is busy, then something else. It took 2 (!!!) days to figure out if there would be a cash back. Promised to find out and contact the next day! At the same time, I said that if the cashback does not appear in the personal account, I do not need to send the TV. First, the TV was sent, and then the manager called to clarify whether you have a cashback in your office. And of course he didn't show up. Then the manager started singing a song that he would appear after receiving the TV in the mail. Decided to check and made a control order from another account, only the method of payment has already chosen upon receipt. And miraculously, the cash back appeared in 3 minutes (waiting for the cash back). I will not take away the TV in principle, the store is unreliable. I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO ORDER HERE. it's just a waste of time and money.
