- Cashback is not credited for marketplace products (identifiable as “sold and shipped by…”).
- Cashback is not credited if the payment method is cash on delivery.
- Cashback is not credited for a gift card purchase.
- Cashback is not credited if a gift card is redeemed.
- Cashback is not credited in case of using coupons, vouchers or promotional codes of any kind not published on the LetyShops website.
- Cashback is credited only for the article's net value excluding the value-added tax, all other taxes and fees as well as additional costs for delivery and shipping.
According to the Feltrinelli IT terms and conditions if cashback for your order has not been added to your account with "Pending" status, you should create a corresponding request in your LetyShops account within 3 months after the purchase has been made.

It seems limiting to me not being able to get cashback if you use a giftcard, maybe I spend €50 and for a €5 gift card I don't see any cashback? Make sure that the cashback is activated only for the net value paid (excluding shipping costs)

Sometimes the cashback is credited let's say immediately after delivery, other times you have to wait a bit. So that you will be credited is safe if you have activated LetyShops before the order, of course. Finally it would be nice if the cashback was at least 5% or more ...
