After placing the order, I went to read the reviews, and here everyone writes that the delivery for 1 UAH is a scam. And I just wanted to take advantage of the promotion, having purchased goods for 850 UAH. But, apparently, the commentators below did something wrong. When ordering, there is a separate field, you need to check the box that you are participating in the Visa promotion and enter the first 4 digits of the card. When examining the order and its status - there was a plate about the Visa promotion and the delivery was listed as 1 UAH. But when it was time to pay for the goods (by the way, no SMS or Viber message came when the assembler assembled the order, and this is VERY BAD, but I foresaw this and refreshed the page once an hour, because I noticed that there was an inactive "Pay for order" button), I noticed that the delivery had turned into 55 UAH. I wrote to support, they said that everything would be OK upon payment. And yes, the correct price was already indicated on the payment page itself, with 1 UAH for delivery. I paid via GPAY, as indicated in the description of the promotion, from an ATB Mono card, and at that point the amount was recalculated and also decreased in the right direction. So, although there are some small jambs and confusion, but in fact I paid as much as I should have. They started to assemble the order in the morning, right after the store opened, they assembled it quickly. The courier delivered the order on time, albeit at the last minutes :) On the website, you can conveniently monitor the order status, see the photo and the courier number. The goods arrived as ordered. In two packages, one, small, for some reason, was not added to the total, only the large one was added. Oh well. In general, my first order with delivery to ATB went smoothly. That's how it is.

Employees change the product every time at their own discretion... calls to the hotline do not affect the work of employees in any way... today the situation is the same, although on the website when ordering there is a function not to replace the product with a similar one and to call to clarify the order, but the employees they ignore it, and every time the same problem. The last order, they forgot to deliver one package and instead of apologizing, they told me to come to the store to pick it up myself. It seems that ATB is simply surprised by its customers, because every review about them here is negative, and the company does not draw conclusions none...with each order there is less and less desire to order something there

It was outrageous that they didn't even ask. This is a business: each buyer is given these sachets and has money for himself, 2 hryvnias per person per day will make good money. Now I'm waiting for delivery. Cashback came immediately after payment, as much as UAH 9...

After calling the ATB hotline, I received a promotional code for the next free delivery - and the decision to use it was my mistake! On Sunday, I placed an order on the website for UAH 1414 with delivery at 15:59-18:59, using a promo code. On the 20th, I already started calling and searching, because the guests for whom I had made an order had already started to gather - ATB absolves itself of responsibility, because they have already transferred the ipost - I call them at 20.42 and I hear. that they are looking for a courier. Then they lied to me that the courier had been found and was already on his way - it turned out that he had just accepted the order and it would take him another 20-30 minutes to get to me (and it was already 9:20 p.m.). The guests left after the end of the story, the men couldn't wait for beer and ice cream for the women. I got on my nerves so much that I had an argument at the end of the evening with the man who advised me to cancel the order and take the money - I didn't listen, gave ipost one more chance - to deliver tomorrow 12.08 after 15 - the ipost consultant promised that they would deliver. 12.08 I was waiting for delivery until 19.04, I couldn't stand it, I started calling the ipost "hotline" and already another operator started promising to find a courier and call me back. are looking for, I explained that I have a broken leg and after 21 there will be no one to meet in a private house, I asked to hurry up with the search... until 21.10 no one answered, and when I called - it was constantly "busy" (I understand very well why ). Currently, at 12:30, no one from ATB has asked why my order has not been delivered for almost 2 days. THIS is what people work for - everything for the client who has already paid for the order (so why bother)!!!

Approaching the cash register, she said that I have an online order, to which the cashier loudly responded to the entire line: "Wait now, everyone, I'm going to deliver the online order." When the cashier brought the goods, I saw that there was not the oil I ordered, she said that they didn't have any other and offered me the cheapest one. I paid what was. and went to the refrigerators, found this promotional oil (of which there was a lot in the refrigerator). to which the cashier reacted, oh, she didn't see it. I do not understand why these online orders are needed, if this is the case. Before that, online orders were collected qualitatively. The first thing a buyer expects when he makes an order online is that he will not have to spend time staying in a supermarket, but he arrived - gave money - picked up the package. You constantly have to wait for the manager to come to you, then they are confused with some goods, then there are other problems. Although I always order in advance, it would be possible to assemble 10 times and check everything, instead of wasting my time! Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia even less, Dunaivtsi are the slowest, although when I visit the latter, I make the smallest orders because of the smaller assortment. At last, even the cashback was not confirmed, although it is a penny there. Naturally, the slower the workers are, the ruder they are, they show their displeasure that they have been stressed

I like everything. I order to pick up myself. They put only good products, if something is missing, they call, clarify whether to cancel or replace it. They collect quickly, the products from the freezer are kept in the freezer until I arrive. Very polite, pleasant employees)
