They are BAD. Shipping is not in 24/48h as they say, to talk to them you literally have to run after them, they never answer. When you manage to contact them after days, they will say to help you but they will disappear again and you will have to start all over again. They canceled my order because it wasn't successful, but they still credited me the money with an email to tell me that everything was fine and I would have to wait for the courier. I managed to find out after a week, after endless calls and unanswered emails, the "order being processed" appeared on the site. And I don't tell you how long for the refund, because obviously they disappeared there too.
Among the many pharmacy sites I chose this one only because it gave me the highest cashback but unfortunately it's a fluff because AmicaFarmacia still hasn't recognized it after some time despite the report complete with screenshots showing the whole procedure in order..

We receive order information from stores automatically. And if the cashback does not appear in your account, it means that for some reason the store did not pass this information to us. To recover the cashback we contact our partners, that is we send them these requests so they can double check your order. The response from the shops can take about 4 months, but it can always arrive even sooner.
