The order was placed on 05/26/2025, 174826277534, 967 UAH. When sending, they combined the shipping cost, the amount was 1143 UAH. And canceled the cashback. In addition, I ordered a Bobo hydrangea (good condition), a rose (good condition), thyme (very poor condition of all plants, it is not yet clear whether they will grow or not).

Before buying in this store, I should have read the reviews... I placed an order with full payment (which I later regretted). Within a few minutes, the store called, clarified everything, all the seedlings were in stock. The order was sent in a few days. I picked it up from Nova Poshta, opened it, and there were no 3 seedlings (worth over 1 thousand UAH). As a result, I waste my time on calls, photos, filling out forms... They returned it a week later for about 50 UAH less than I paid... and today they also rejected the cashback. There are no questions about the quality of the seedlings themselves, but the quality of service is simply HORRIBLE. Such a negative experience of shopping in this store, unfortunately...
