However, cashback was rejected in accordance with the conditions of the OGO store !, namely "When using the loyalty program of the OGO store !, as well as when paying and receiving points from the store for an order, cashback will not be credited" (published on the website from 25.06.2018), and also "Cashback will not be credited when placing an order from a legal entity" (published on the website from 12.12.2018). We've clarified that your orders will earn points under the store's loyalty program. Since partners do not provide a reward for such orders, the cashback was automatically declined.
For one of the orders, we have credited cashback to your balance, but, unfortunately, we cannot compensate the funds in other cases. We sincerely hope that this will not happen again.
