As a replacement, they offered and put apples for 40 hryvnias, which turned out to be rotten inside, as well as musty chicken. They constantly called for negative feedback, apologized profusely, gave a promo code for the next order (better, added bonuses, more benefits and 100% purchase), persuaded to order more. And so I decided to order again yesterday, only by self-delivery, to check everything upon receipt. I was already near the store, there is no message about readiness, 1.5 hours "going". I write to support, and they replied that the order was not even taken into operation (perhaps tomorrow), there was a failure and many orders, in short, everything is in a heap. Still collecting. Irresponsible! I don't know how you can work like that. Hire more people or encourage and motivate employees. Instead of giving order pickers access to the warehouse, they rake everything off the shelves. On the website, in a particular store, it says that the product is available, but it is not on the shelves, but it is still in stock. The prices are not bad, but with such an attitude, when you are humiliated for your money, no thanks. ATB is generally premium compared to you.

Shipping from Varus is terrible. made an order on 14.06.24, delivery indicated the first, which was on 15.06.24 in time. The cashback did not appear and I understand that it will not be found, because they wrote to me to wait 4 months. The delivery was postponed 3 times and then only after I called the hotline that there was no delivery. The product was collected and I paid for it in the first half of the day, and I received the order almost at 20:00. It is not known where my products were stored, because they are all at room temperature. The beef liver leaked and contaminated everything in the order. To be fair, I will say that the products that were frozen were brought frozen in a separate bag, but for some reason the meat was in a general bag with products and the temperature regime in it - everything was warm. I like the range of goods in the store, but I do not recommend using delivery from this store. In general, I think they should increase the delivery intervals to two hours, as in other stores. which would significantly facilitate the work of dispatchers. Unfortunately, Osokorki in Varus has limited orders for cooking and ready meals, so you have to use Silpo as well.

I do not share the negative feedback about the Varus network/delivery. I often use delivery from Varus - a large assortment of products, prices, communication - everything suits me. It happens that there are no items from the order (it's annoying when it's something very necessary and urgently needed), but it also happens when you order from Silpo, Fori, Novus. Cashback is always credited. I personally found the collectors and couriers to be polite.
