I made a purchase that gave around 21% if it exceeded 50 euros on the letyshops anniversary and the cashback automatically did not appear. I have complained with screenshots of the purchase and now they inform me that they are going to transfer it to the store and that it may take up to 4 months to give me my cashback. Honestly, I was very disappointed. If this store cannot afford such figures, they should reduce the cashback or not participate at all. I hope to have my cashback soon.

Whenever the cashback percentage is higher, there is a problem with the order if it is made through Letyshop, however the same does not happen directly from their website. It seems that they do not want you to place the order from the app to avoid cashback.
