Wow, something always happens. Once the reservation was deleted from my profile, after it was used of course, and the cashback obviously never appeared. I did not claim it because it was a complex reservation in which they left me without accommodation the same day of arrival and they placed me in another place, etc. Okay. But in January I make a reservation for a trip that I already completed in March. I'm still waiting for the cashback to be credited. The neverending story lol

On the part of lety, everything is fine, but if in booking they cancel the reservation incorrectly, it was worth it, I have raised about 4 tickets with them and sent evidence that the reservation was completed and it still appears as canceled, for which in lety no the cash back is reflected.

I thought that they were not going to give it to me because of the comments I had read and I even kept the invoice just in case as they recommended but it was not necessary. They just gave me the cashback (almost 2 months since the trip). Or zero problems. :D
It is the second time that I take a hotel through Booking in letyshop and they do not give me my Cashback and I see that the same thing happens to many people.

Ridiculous. I have made I don't know how many reservations with Booking already from Letyshops (5 or 6) and none of them have recognized me the cashback although I always met the requirements for it. In some cases I have opened an incident and after 5 months I still do not have a response from them, it seems to me that they lie a bit. I'm going to stop booking on Booking through this app, not because they don't give me cashback but because they're not honest.
