Partners often report cashback requests, and you can't recover your account despite sending invoices, claiming your purchases violate the terms of service or partner requirements. In other words, you're not free to shop wherever and however much you want, because otherwise, your account will be permanently blocked and you won't receive cashback. This all happened to a relative, and that was LetyShops' explanation for not paying her cashback. My account was also blocked, but I was able to unblock it through sheer luck. I hope they don't block me again after this review.

Very useful service, one way or another you have to make purchases and here you have the opportunity to get some of the money back which is nice, I invited referrals, the referral cashback system is normal (but it is somewhat unclear why the lost cashback for the purchase is not credited). Although for my own purchases, if there is a lost cashback, then out of 10 cases it was always found (sometimes longer, sometimes less). Support works very well and quickly, always helps. The extension on the PC suggests where there are lower prices for the same product, sometimes shows the seller rating. By the way, withdrawals are also +- fast. The only minus: why didn't I use this service earlier?

I was very happy until I didn't get any cashback on my last two purchases with a significant amount of cashback. According to them, they can't find it in their system. They send a request to El Corte Inglés and La Casa del Libro, which takes four months to respond. However, for a small Primor purchase with cashback in the region of just a few cents, they confirm it immediately.

I've read some negative reviews claiming LetyShops is a scam. However, based on my own experience, I can definitely say this isn't the case. I will not recommend this application to anyone else. I am accused of violating the rules of using your application, which may result in a ban (I kindly received only a warning according to Mr. Roman, after writing an email to security@letyshops.com I received information that it was blocked - great information sharing, no doubt ;)) although my request to quote which points of the regulations I am violating was ignored by Mr. Roman. I am really disgusted by the situation. Mr. Roman probably does not understand the referral program that you have in your application, because he considers recommending to family members as a violation of the regulations. Is it possible that in your opinion family are not friends?? Which is completely abstract to me because both of my parents have their own emails (for which accounts were created from my referral link) and they spent their NOT MY money on purchases, which I was also accused of as an attempt to cheat. What is more, strangely enough, everything was fine until the end of the promotion. In my opinion, this is blatant deception of customers and convincing them of violating the regulations in order to avoid paying out the bonus. I am really irritated by this situation, because it has been going on since 06.06.2024, which in my opinion was also a deliberate action aimed at dragging out the problem so that there would be no basis for paying out the PLN 180 bonus. Mr. Roman himself started scheming (or ordered someone else to do it) with connecting and disconnecting the accounts of friends I recommended, he deleted information that they were waiting for cashback. If the situation is not resolved, I will refer the matter to the Consumer Ombudsman and I will publicize it in the media.
