I made the cashback with 45%, I placed an order for € 48, all the procedure I do correctly with caution, making sure that in each step the extension indicates that the cashback is activated. I make the purchase and the cashback is not made. I make the claim, they have me waiting 3 and a half months with very little information about the case in this regard and, in the end, they deny me the cashback offering me a compensation of € 5 for a cashback that I should have received of about € 20. They say that their "partners" have not answered, if they are your partners make sure they answer you, I have no fault in that. They use your platform as a claim for massive sales (because a 45% cashback is that), they leave your users in the lurch and you do nothing. And the worst thing is that it is not an isolated case, far from it. I will certainly not buy from this store again and I will think twice about using this app again.
