I think you've improved the algorithms because it's starting to count all transactions. It's a shame you have to wait so long for verification (I'm 8 PLN short of the next level haha). I use the app and the browser plug-in and it works fine. The service is also good

Cashback is added every time :) I am very happy because Allegro is the store where I do most of my shopping. I do everything according to the instructions - I put each product in the basket and I go to each item separately from the letyshops website first :) and everything works :D great
With all due respect to others, but I don't know how you do your shopping on Allegro, that you don't get cashback. Mine gets cashback every time (of course, when the purchase conditions are met) less than a day after placing the order. I'll be using it!

We are interested in cashback being calculated automatically. In the case of these orders, the store did not provide us with any data. The reason for the cashback not appearing was also unfortunately not given.
It is also not possible to ask partners to explain the situation, as they do not accept such requests.
In connection with the above, we did not receive a commission. We see that the bonus from the company's funds was already calculated earlier. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate it all the time.
I stopped shopping on Allegro through the Lety website, I use another website (after the last rejection last week I uninstalled the Lety plugin - waste of time), I made a lot of purchases and within a week I was charged almost PLN 80, from Allegro without asking - Cashback is calculated every time, even when buying for pennies. and Here since June I had all Cashbacks rejected - none of them was calculated for two months! I received the answer "The store does not accept complaints about lost cashback." Comment from the Lety website: like clear cookies, done, re-logged. Purchases always from the same category, purchase always with a transfer from the Lety website and nothing was calculated, I have no intention of asking Lety for cashback again because it is a waste of time.

In the case of orders, the store did not provide us with any information. The store does not provide information about the reason for the loss. There is also no possibility of contacting partners to clarify the situation, because Allegro does not deal with such cases.
Since we did not receive anything for the remaining lost orders and the bonus was previously charged from LetyShops funds, we cannot do this in all cases. We always try to support our users, but in this case we cannot charge a refund.
We hope that no difficulties will arise in the future.
Until I got SILVER status everything was pretty good, i.e. I had to ask quite often for the cashback to be calculated, but it was taken into account and calculated, but now after reporting that it was not calculated, the answer is "The store does not accept complaints about lost cashback." I don't know what to think about it. I even posted a comment here once with similar content but it didn't appear. I'm a bit disappointed ;-(
