A user status (new/existing) is determined by Temu based on its own data and not by LetyShops.

I'm making a second purchase, where in the app can I see if cashback has been accrued?

The process of accruing cashback consists of several stages.
At the first stage, the cashback appears in your personal account in the status "Pending". This means that we have received information from the store that the order has already been placed.
The store needs time to process the purchase information and transfer it to us. In the second stage, we receive order confirmation data from the store and the cashback changes to the “Accrued” status.
Then it can be withdrawn to a card or charity.
I ordered from Temu a couple of times through Letishops, but the cashback was not credited.
