I constantly get errors when placing orders with this store. I don't know what the problem is but I'm seriously considering stopping using the app. It is an absolute annoyance to have to open requests for my Cashback because it does not recognize it.

Until now the cashback was going fast. I agree with a comment below: recently, Atida counts as discount vouchers the gifts that are automatically added to the basket on large purchases. These gifts (which you have not requested) mean that you cannot collect cashback. You have to be very careful to remove them from the basket before making the payment. When complaining, the Letyshops staff makes the arrangements very quickly and deserves 5 stars, but Atida deserves 0.
