The ATB website is down, it is impossible to place an order!
The site is so laggy that it’s even impossible to place an order. Video attached. The ''next'' button is not pressed from any PC and phone browsers.

Just disgusting online service. Not only can you “lose” some of the goods when placing an order in the basket itself, at the last step (where you select a store for pickup), but your order will simply be canceled without informing you. And even if you immediately chose the store that suits you, then, all the same, the goods may not be in stock, even if they are “available” and displayed as available on the site - someone simply does their job poorly and does not update the information there . As a result, no order, no champagne for the holiday, no cashback.
Very often there are no goods. And now an interesting condition has appeared - if there are no couriers, the order is transferred from delivery to pick-up. Moreover, you need to pay immediately, and then as you’re lucky. Naturally, I refused such service, it would be nice if the store was nearby, and still have to pay for a taxi (the order came out to almost 15 kg, there is no pleasure in carrying it in your hands).
I made an order three times in November: on the 9th, 16th and 24th. Cashback status "Pending" appeared shortly after payment. Cashback confirmation was expected two months after each purchase. Cashback was credited for all three orders on December 2.
The ATB site is just a mess! Constantly hangs and works only after frequent updates.

I always place orders online with delivery, in ATB and SILPO. A big PLUS in ATB is that the cashback is calculated after payment for the collected goods, and in Silpo immediately after the order, that after the order is collected, the amount differs from the created order, but no one adds cashback
