Thanks for the comment. Unfortunately, we were not able to find out the reason for the rejection of the cashback on our own. To contact partners and try to return the reward, we need any document that confirms the payment for the order. It doesn't have to be a receipt, it can be a screenshot from your personal account in the Adobe store with information about your order, or a screenshot of an order confirmation email that was sent to your email address.

The average time for crediting cashback from this service is 60 days. The cashback status change occurs immediately after the store credits the reward. The time for crediting is necessary for the store to deliver the order, process information and transfer it to our system. Each store takes a different time to complete this process.
In order to inform our users when to expect the cashback to be credited to the balance, we have posted information on the average (for some stores also the maximum) time for cashback to be credited on the page of each store. Also, for your convenience, in your personal account you can see the approximate date of cashback crediting by order. To do this, simply hover your mouse over the question mark next to the "Pending" status.
Indeed, when you subscribe for a monthly subscription or a subscription for a year (with a monthly payment), cashback will be credited once from the amount paid for the first month of the subscription.
