The Moyo.ua store looks like a DECEIVER. Instead of cashback 132 UAH. A bonus was credited from the funds of the LetyShops company - UAH 100.

Awful store. I ordered a laptop for UAH 26,500. with delivery to the point of issue Dream Town, Kiev, Obolon. They called back and obsessively began to offer their "additional" guarantee. Politely declined. Almost a week has passed. The order was not delivered. Nobody called back. I called back myself. Moved to 15. Naturally, on December 15, the goods were also out of stock. I called back myself. Oh, miracle ... it seems to have come at 20:00. BUT the SMS with the notification did not come. But once again they asked why I refuse their "wonderful" additional warranty service. The next morning I take a taxi and go to Dream Town. Three salespeople don't do anything. NOTHING from the word at all. I ask the one who is at the counter to issue the payment and take out the laptop. Salesperson 1 said wait ... and continued to do nothing. After 5 minutes, another one comes up. And this Seller 2 also said wait. In 2 minutes Seller 3 comes up. Hooray, I wrote down the order number. After another 3 minutes, he comes out and proudly leads me to the display stand with the laptop model I ordered. A laptop for UAH 26,500 is covered in greasy fingerprints, with a small scratch on the side. Finita La Comedia. Curtain. I waited a week for the laptop, the order was postponed to another date - they did everything so that I could see it in a week on the display rack !!! I saw not just dusty, but smeared with greasy prints (cheburek ???, croissant ???). PS I asked for the telephone number of the hotline. I just wanted to clarify the order. Maybe a mistake? Refused. Found it in the phone's memory. I called back. That's right, this is my order. PPS When I was leaving, the three sellers (Seller 1, Seller 2, Seller 3) gathered in a bunch and, glancing unkindly, discussed whether I would file a complaint and whether they would get in trouble. A week of wasted time. Much of what is written here is true. When you decide whether to take here, think three times whether it's worth it. You yourself know how the ratings are "pumped up" now. If we take away the reviews of the store employees themselves, it will turn out even worse than the average peasants of Kiev.
