Recently, the service has been simply terrible. I ordered the product on September 21. At first, they promised on the phone that it would be sent on September 22, because everything is in stock. Later, I received a message that the shipment is delayed and will be on September 24. Every day I call and ask to send it, because there are diapers in the order, I need them already. The order is fully paid. They promise that they will send it, but today is already the 27th and it is deaf again.
I used to really like this store. The product range is wide, it was very convenient for me, because I live in a village with three small children and no car. But now it's terrible. If there are more than three items in the order, it will take two weeks to collect them. They don't do everything in the promised time. I do not recommend ordering here if you need something urgently

Shock shock! This is me about the Mau Dau service. The first order is from 01.08.2024 - after 4 days, a message arrives that the delivery will be as early as 15.08 (!!!) Well, how is that? And you can't warn me the next day so that I order in another store and I would have already received my goods three times!!! The second order from 08/03/2024 - they wrote that they will deliver on 08/08/2024 (!!!!) But I doubt this too much! WHY don't you write on the website that you have no products in stock. I've had enough of fooling customers. And I am not yet writing reviews about every order with which there are always problems. And another innovation. It is impossible to receive an order with payment to the courier if there is even a bottle of alcohol. Everything must be paid in full by card at once. A clear answer, where did they get it from, I was given the name of the law in the bot. But I did not find a clear written norm there either. Perhaps it is necessary to teach employees to know the laws better and not to fume and brush off customers "maybe they will believe". I wrote to return the money, but silence in response.

I do not recommend the store. The overall rating of 3+ is definitely overrated. No order is fulfilled on time or at least in full. Constant confusion with product availability. Orders are collected sometimes for weeks. Applications for cashback are rejected even if all the rules are followed.

The store is gradually going down the drain. They have collected a lot of unnecessary goods in it - smartphones, furniture, etc. But orders have started to be sent with a very big delay. One recent order was received after 2.5 weeks. And the "normal" delivery time has become 5-10 days, although the website promises 2-3 days (earlier, most often, it was 1, sometimes 2 days). Well, and the prices are catching up with other stores, which also does not stimulate making orders as before. Support also cannot always explain clearly. The review turned out to be quite large - it's just that lately it's boiled over. The only thanks are for the food that the cat and the cat eat with pleasure, and in other places I could not find it. But, again, its delivery takes at least a week.

A little more than a month has passed since the previous review, and it has become even worse. For the review from July 27 - a week and a half have passed, it has not been received. In addition, a new "trick" has appeared - allegedly, the goods from the supplier arrived with damage. Moreover, these were food products, cat food, and industrial goods. If you want, wait for the next delivery, if not, we will send without them. This is for a paid order, you need to wait an unknown amount of time. In addition, in this case, the bank cancels the cashback accrued for the order (thus, at least 400 hryvnia is lost for several orders). From the support you can only hear that "this should not be". This is understandable, but is the store doing anything to fix it? If there is not enough staff, you need to recruit people. And then when registering, they write that the shipment is in 1-2 days, but in fact - at least a week, and often longer (the record was 2.5 weeks). You can write more a lot, but I don’t want to waste time - anyway, no improvement is expected.
